What is LFP battery technology?
LFP (Lithium Iron Phosphate) is a lithium battery chemistry known for excellent thermal stability, long cycle life and inherent safety. ASTAR uses LFP cells in all our lithium battery packs for dependable, long-lasting EV performance.
Do ASTAR batteries include Smart BMS?
Yes. Every ASTAR Lithium Battery Pack includes an integrated Smart Battery Management System (BMS) that monitors cell health, temperature and charge cycles, and provides protection against overcharge, over-discharge and short circuit.
Which battery is suitable for my EV?
The right battery depends on your vehicle's motor voltage and power requirements. Our 48V pack suits most electric scooters, 60.8V suits e-rickshaws and high-power EVs, and 72V suits high-speed or heavy-load applications. Contact an ASTAR dealer for specific guidance.
